Cheers JK Not sure if the computer has to be running Pro or just be licensed for it, but each machine for sure has to be licensed for Pro before you can use Enterprise. Your options are pretty much: Upgrade each machine through the store and activate automatically Buy a retail Win10 Pro license at 2x the cost of the Windows store for each machine and hope that you either don't need to activate Pro which is trivial to do or unwrap all of the packages and activate each computer.
