I have this issue and have been spending hours and hours trying to resolve it because I get an annoying popup alert that something went wrong when it tries to automatically download. I can't find a solution anywhere. I have done an absurd amount of work trying to find a way to manually fix whatever it causing this. I just want to be able to type in spanish, and that is working.
